Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all hygiene liners intact to qualify for a return.
Start Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided and securely pack your items in the original mailer or a small envelope.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit within 5-7 business days.
